Weston Single Hamburger Press, Model# 07-0301

Professional looking burgers!
Use wax paper top and bottom and there is hardly any clean up necessary. I've tried a plastic press in the past but gave up on it due to the mess and hassle with flimsy construction. This tool worked perfectly for me.

excellent product
does just exactly what it says it does. be sure to get the wax paper and use it on both top and bottom of the press. by adjusting the wing nut on the top, you can adjust for thickness. i have successfully made burgers from 4 oz to 8 oz and they come out perfect every time. if you use waxed paper on top and bottom, it effectively "seals" the meat, making it easier to freeze many patties. i cranked through 14 lbs of meat in about fifteen minutes. i put four patties in a vacuum seal bag and freeze them first, then vacuum seal them. they will keep in the deep freeze for many months without any degradation. great tool, glad i bought it...

Product did not work as I thought
The patty maker has a screw nut on it that is wobbly and not secure. It is very difficult to lock in place. I should have order the more expensive one. I would not recommend this product.
