Terrible After-sale Service
The product is different from the web description which raises safety concerns for us. Besides, a big flat dent was present on the outer shell of the cooker. When we contacted the company, it did all it could to avoid taking responsibility. We do not feel comfortable using a product that may be dangerous and we do not want to pay for the two-way shipping and handling--the amount of which is unknown to us and could mean very little refund at the end--to return the product. So, we leave the cooker in our basement.
Mr.chef Electric Pressure Cooker
Not easy to rate this one. As soon as I opened the box, I can see a crack on the top of the edge of the cooker. it is not comfortable for me to use a pressure cooker with any crack. I did not try to use it and just returned it. The Customer Service was good and professional.
Mr Chef Doesn't heat the house up, makes meat tender, less cooking time.
I love it, it makes meat so tender, cooks faster, no steam, the sides don't heat up and very little heat comes out the top so it doesn't heat the house up.
