Wok Thermo Probe
The thermo probe is very difficult to insert into the pan and did not work from day one. My old unit which cannot control temperature, works better than the new one. I would buy something different if there was something else available.
Horrible piece of equipment.
Thermo Probe Irregularity
First of all, website stated it was compatible to my existing Farberware Stainless Steel Electric Skillet. However, upon receipt, it did not fit at all....not even close. Therefore, I returned the item for refund.
As of this date, still have not received a refund.
replacement
This was a replacement for our old one that wasn't keeping heat controlled as well as it should. It's great we could still replace it, because the electric dome skillet is around 30 yrs old. Still works great & is one of our cooking items used weekly.
