Great - as expected.
I have purchased a number of Swiss Diamond frying pans, sauce pots, and this roaster. They are all excellent. The glass covers with the vents that can be opened or closed are clever. The non-stick surface is the best I've seen. The fact that they say you can use metal utensils with them is a clue as to their durability. Being able to put any pot or pan into the oven up to 500 degrees and to use the roaster on the stove-top makes them very versatile. These pots and pans are quite expensive but, if you can afford them, they are probably the best around.
Pricey.
I love Swiss Diamond pans. They are very expensive so I have bought one pan at a time. This pan cooks things really fast. You have to watch when you are using them. Items like cooking a roast in this pan tend to go dry really quick. So just keep this in miind. I hand wash mine even though I think you can put them in the dishwasher. They clean up so easy. The only thing I have to remember is not to use cooking spray with these. This usually is not a problem unless you are use to using it when you cook.
Beats the Pants off All Clad
I purchased a 15 piece set from All Clad, we hated it, food sticks and heavy and hard to clean. I returned it and bought the Swiss Diamond products. We LOVE them! High quality and very nice features all around. Vented glass lids are a bonus we didn't expect and speak to the quality of this brand. I'm getting rid of everything else and replacing all with Swiss Diamond.
