Timer confusion
Works great, love the timer. Did get a little confused about the on/off button at first. Thought that button was to turn the slow cooker off and on but it's only for timer and it won't start cooking unless you set the timer. Other than that, no problems.
Worst Slow Cooker I've Ever Used
This slow cooker cooks on one setting: HIGH. It doesn't matter if you set it on warm, low, mid, or high, it always cooks extremely hot. This makes the program function completely useless because if I leave it on warm, my food will be overcooked when I get home. I hate not being able to trust my slow cooker while I'm at work. My advice: Run far, far away from this product.
burned everything
This is my second slow cooker. My first was terrific and I only stopped using it because I dropped and cracked the insert. I ordered this one, and used it a total of three times. Every single time I put it on low and it still overcooked and burned my meals every single time. And when your slow cooker messes up, it is a monumental disaster. And I just read I can't return it anymore because I have missed the return date. Don't buy this slow cooker, move along.
